′′ When we were studying in high school, we used to live in a small town called Karnal. Having a playing club in that town has come together. When me and my brother were riding bicycle and roaming around the village, Pushpak planes were seen in the sky. Both wanted to travel in them. Once I asked dad he took me to the flying club and gave me a chance to travel on that flight. This is my first experience with aeronautical engineering. J as he grows up. R. Got to know about d tata as well. He is the first one who drives flights in our country. I also saw the plane driven by Tata that day. The days I saw the plane, when I found out what he did, my thoughts were like that in the clouds. When I was in high school and asked ′′ what do you want to be I was an aerospace engineer If I remember that, after the tenth class, I would have decided which group to take in inter to join inter. I decided to study maths, physics, chemistry because I wanted to become an aerospace engineer. Before engineering, you need to master maths, physics, chemistry, maths. Then got a seat in Aerospace Engineering in Punjab Engineering College. My goal back then was to be an aerospace engineer. Back in those days, I didn’t expect to be an astronaut. Wanted to be an aircraft engineer. I told that I became a ‘Plight Engineer’ when I was asked for my first year of engineering in the class. In those days, I didn’t even know what a flight engineer would do. The aircraft designing I thought is not related to the flight engineer. Kind of doing it as an astronaut. As a flight engineer, right? In engineering college, there were seven girls who used to sing with me. I am the only one who did aerospace engineering among them. Our principal said no when he wanted aerospace engineering. It is very difficult, they asked to take it electrical or mechanical. Give me aerospace engineering. I said otherwise I’ll go home. In the end, it’s nothing to give in. ‘ It doesn’t mean you don’t have anything available. ′′ I can only suggest to the youth that one should only travel that way after setting a goal…
