Speaking about his inspiration,” Safin, a native of Kanodar village at Palanpur area of Gujarat, remembered a visit by Collector to his village. This was when I requested a village on the best way to become an officer . He said anybody can become a officer with hard work and enthusiasm. And from this moment I have the assignment of my own life,” the report lent Safin as saying.

Safin’s parents after worked in Surat’s pearl unit.
