I have these Union Force bindings The top green strip of (foam?) on the very top on the highback is coming off pretty bad. What is the best way to get it

Thanks for the advice Reddit! I adjusted my newbie board to full duck 15,-15 and also moved the binding heel up to try to center the boot. How does it look? :
